4. Payment Terms

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for results that depend on client implementation
  • We make no guarantees about specific business outcomes

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our consulting services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law
